This Spaghetti Carbonara will probably be one of the best and simplest you'll ever have. This out of the way spot is in the San Lorenzo area of Rome. They also advertise that Bourdain has been there and they have been on Travel Channel's Food Paradise as they are known for their Porchetta which is very tasty. But the carbonara was the best.

"Walkable from train station (or very short taxi ride). Area seems a little iffy, but also good night life and the room was totally quiet when it was loud outside. Good food options near by. If you like walking, Colosseum is only about 25 minutes away."
