Stayed for 5 days and 4 nights for my boyfriend's birthday. The room was very clean. The staff was so nice! The amenities were amazing! The Condado Plaza Hotel
The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Pools are clean and well kept. Excellent location with the entrance to the beach directly from the pool area. Nice shallow areas at the beach for snorkeling.
