"The price was definitely right, and the room was clean and comfortable- the air conditioning was very effective in cooling down the room. The rooms are actually much brighter than the advertisement pictures show- this was a nice surprise. The free shuttle to the cruise pier was very convenient. My lower score is because of the staff and lack of communications prior to check-in. I tried repeatedly to ask a couple of basic questions of the hotel before traveling- I received no response. Additionally, the staff was less than willing to offer suggestions regarding the area- A request for a restaurant suggestion resulted in the front desk attendant simply saying, "You can just walk up the street that way- there are many." When asked about the bus service heading into Old San Juan, the same front desk attendant didn't know how often it ran on Saturdays and again, curtly advised, "You just get on there and get off at the last stop." I asked if there was a map of the area, but the answer was no. I ended up getting on the bus going in the wrong direction, which took me to a somewhat sketchy area- definitely not where I had hoped to end up. The hotel itself is a good value, but if you choose to stay there, make sure you do some independent research if you want to venture out and about."

"El hotel es económico y para el precio está muy bien. La limpieza de los cuartos no la realizan si no se le pide al personal . El check - In me dio mucho trabajo porque lo quieren realizar online , pero utilizando la aplicación de expedía no lo permite y tuve que escribirles muchas veces para que lo enviaran por texto. El hotel está ubicado en un lugar céntrico y varios restaurantes cercanos."

"Great location with excellent amenities and layout. The gym and the pool were absolute favorites. The breakfast bar which transitioned to a cocktail bar was also a nice treat! Housekeeping was friendly and easily accessible."
