When you enter this recently renovated, fully furnished, 15th floor 1-bedroom apartment in Marbella Oeste, you are WOWED by the stunning 180° view from the balcony of beautiful Isla Verde Beach, the best beach in all of San Juan. High speed wireless enables the use of tablets, laptops and cellphones for work or play. Water sports, including jet skis, banana boats and parasailing, etc. are available east on our beach in front of ESJ Towers. In addition, we are about 5 minutes from San Juan's International Airport: Luis Munos Marin Airport and only 15 minutes away from Condado and 20 minutes from Old San Juan. Out on the island are numerous places to enjoy breathtaking scenery, a plethora of beautiful beaches, historic sites, arts and concerts along with various activities such as world-class golf, scuba diving, horseback riding, boating, zip-lining, and much more.
