    Private Carport for vehicle rentals and only 5 mins away from the airport and 5 mins walk to Isla Verde Beach. Take advantage of staying all together in a generous home and still be in the San Juan area.

This was a fantastic family vacation! The house is beautiful, comfortable, clean and very well located. Easy to move around to many spots in the area and walking distance to the beach and business in the neighborhood. The kids enjoyed the pool and the pool table was a hit! One of the highlights of our stay was having Chef Felipe cook dinner for our group. In addition to cooking delicious food, he engaged with our group making it a very enjoyable experience. Our week went by too quick. Everyone is ready to come back next summer!

Our family—ages 9-76—regularly vacation together for a week each summer. This is the first time we’ve traveled beyond the US east coast. Las Casitas was fabulous. We walked to the beach and La Panderia each day. We had rental cars and visited Old San Juan, El Yunque, Luquillo, and Fajardo.

The place was very clean and spacious. Four key-card bedrooms upstairs accessed by the outside stairs, each with their own full bathroom including the double bedroom. Two other bedrooms share a hall full bath next to the master bedroom with its own bathroom, just off the kitchen in the lower level. The half bath is outside by the pool. Pool is about 5.5' deep at the end, great, comfy patio too. Easy gate and door access. Walking distance to food, drinks, and the beach. Worked great for our group, glad we stayed there.
