House Rules:
1. Do not smoke inside the house. We have a large balcony in which you can do so freely.
2. No pets are allowed inside the apartment.
3. There is a waste room right by the freight elevator. Please throw away your trash.
4. When exiting the apartment please turn off all electric equipment, including but not limited to the A/C. Please also close the windows and balcony door when the A/C is on.
