Wow, the owners clearly put a lot of thought into this and covered absolutely every detail. From quarters and soap for the excellent washer/dryer, just the right amount of coffee to keep us going a couple days, plenty of towels, more than enough of all the basics such as soap/paper/trash bags and all the items you could possibly need for the beach (chairs, coolers with bag of ice waiting in freezer, life jackets, game paddles, ect.). The view from the rooftop pool area was absolutely stunning and was our favorite spot, but there is also a lovely private porch for sitting in the evening to hear great night sounds from the small garden next door along with the waves. I was a little concerned about getting to use the pool area as it is shared, but the space is large with several nice areas spread out so it could easily see more than one family using it at once.
Originally, 6 in my family were going to be on our trip. It ended up being 4 of us and it was absolutely perfect for our group. It would have been tight with 6, a little uncomfortable on the other bed which is in a nook tucked beside the kitchen, but we could have done it. Just might want to keep in mind if you have more than 4 or 5 people (technically we could have squeezed a 5th person in the second bedroom pretty easily) you would hope the ones in the open area want to wake up with everyone else.
