The condo is located in San Juan's Isla Verde District. This condo is surrounded by 2 of the most beautiful hotels, The San Juan Hotel & Casino and just steps away as well as the 5 star hotel The Ritz Carlton. It is walking distance to one of the most beautiful beaches of Puerto Rico, the ISLA VERDE BEACH. The apartment has from the balcony views to the strip of Isla Verde, The San Juan Hotel and partial Ocean View. The apt comes with fully equipped kitchen, the family area has a sofa bed that converts to a full size bed suitable for a party of 2 with an A/C & (1) 40 inches Plasma TV, cable, blue ray, & balcony. The guest room has a Queen bed, night table, closet, 1 split unit, (1) 32 inches TV & Wifi Internet in all apt. Facias in all the ceilings with lights controlled by dimmers , coin laundry facilities, Pool & BBQ area, 1 pkg.

Old San Juan: Take a Self-Guided Walking Tour:The top of attractions of Old San Juan can easily be seen on foot for the most part. Since Old San Juan is considered to be the area within the old fort or castle walls and only 7 square blocks, you can see alot in one day on foot if you are so inclined. This area will delight you with its Spanish architecture, churches, shops, restaurants, and museums, not to mention historically significant buildings and other features. Calle Fortaleza is a street favored by many tourists because of its attractive restaurants, hotels and shops.

Since the old town is bordered by San Juan Bay, a walk along the waterfront can be a pleasant way to start or end your walking tours or enjoy a respite while taking in the great vistas it has to offer. The most picturesque blocks in my view are bounded by Calle Luna and Calle San Sebastián South/North and Calle Tanca, Calle del Cristo East/West, but, wherever you are landed, Old San Juan is so compact that you don't need a map and, if you enjoy walking...

Great location

The property was just as described. Clean and comfortable and a few blocks from the beach. The host was very responsive when I contacted with questions. Bed was super comfortable. Property had beach towels, chairs, umbrella and kitchen basics. Pull out couch was comfortable as well.

Perfectly located condo with everything you need to enjoy the beach and San Juan. Easily accessible food and attractions. Simple check in process and great communication from the host. We loved having the pool right at the property that was well lit even for late night swims.

The property was in a great location, close to the beach and other stores and restaurants. The condo itself was kind of small but it was nice. The property owner provided everything you may need. I would definitely stay at her condo when I visit Puerto Rico 8/10

Great rental!

My son and I were looking for a rental near the beach, airport, and pickup spots for our daily excursions. This rentsl checked all of the boxes. Upon arrival, the unit was air conditioned and very clean. The refrigerator was stocked with complimentary chilled water bottles, local beer and a bottle of wine.The kitchen was fully stocked for quick meals and plenty of clean linen were available. Manny was great during check-in and helped us get settled in quickly. The available beach items like chairs, towels, and tote bag were a huge plus! We left a few items that hopefully the next family will enjoy.

The property location was great. Walking distance to beach was very good. Transportation to and from old San Juan was also great. We would recommend this property as a place to stay.. the only con was it could’ve been a little bit more cleaner.

Overall an adequate place to stay for a few days; smaller than expected but good accommodation and very clean. Check in a breeze. Wish we were able to get tv other than streaming (bring your passwords). Great beach within short walk, good locations for stores and restaurants.

Amazing experience!

This was my first time using Vrbo and let me tell you the process was super easy and the host was amazing! My boyfriend and I felt at home with everything we needed and more at the condo! The neighbors are so friendly and the neighborhood is safe and fun! Mins away from the beach and some amazing food spots! Definitely would stay again :)

We loved that we could walk to the beach, to CVS, and to Lupi's Mexican bar and grill. Property was CLEAN with a soft bed and excellent climate control for the warm Puerto Rico springtime. Excellent manager too! Very prompt with communication.

Amazing Spot (perfect baecation)

I loved my stay! Very clean, Manny was waiting for me. Nilsa is really responsive. You’re right near a strip of restaurants! Beach right around the corner! We had everything we needed. We did dine out a lot- so I didn’t use the kitchen much. Even the halls smelled amazing. I loved my stay! This is the one. Do it :)

Overall, this is a great place to stay

The owners stay in touch with us from the moment we book. She told us who we were meeting and he was right on time. Gave us the layout of the property and met us when it was time to leave. The condo was awesome and clean. It's in a secure property and you had to scan in and out. And even though we weren't driving, They had a parking permit if we did. The amenities to me was better than a hotel. Not only did they provide towels for the room, but also beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and coolers to go to the beach or the pool. The balcony view is beautiful if you keep an open mind. There are restaurants, grocery stores, and souvenirs shops in the area that is walking distance. Overall, this is a great place to stay and will definitely try to stay there again the next time we come down.

8G is the Saint of ST Tropez

What a gem in Isla Verde. Everything is walking distance or a very cheap uber ride away. Manny is like a family relative. We had conversations like we knew each other for years. The place is perfect and modern.. The bedroom is so cozy. When we got their with Manny the place smelled amazing and very very clean. Their was a bottle of wine waiting for us and water bottles in the fridge. Quick convo with Manny. He gave us the keys and left. Loved the balcony with the great view. Love the fact their was relaxing music on both TV's when we got their... The pool felt like it was our private pool. Met some great people their. Will stay their again real soon. Thank you Nilsa and Manny...

Overall: Not a great stay. Cons: - The description of the property says it is newly remodeled and it is NOT AT ALL. There’s tape on the walls, stains on the floor and walls, the shower grout is dirty, cabinet fixtures are broken, the bathroom sink drains super slow, and the dining table is wobbly. The pictures of the listing are not accurate. Everything looks fresh and new when in all actuality, most things are not the same, to include the furniture -There wasn’t hot water the entire time I was there. I was able to shower with the tepid water, but my friend could not. The water temp was colder than room temp. -The shower wasn’t done properly for the water to drain appropriately, so sand sits. -I called Expedia/Vrbo to and it known that the listing was inaccurate. I also let Nilsa know but she didn’t seem to care because she did not respond. -We were supposed to be there 3 nights. We were given a refund for the last night because we just couldn’t take the hot water issue anymore. The pros: -It’s a decent area with food, casinos, and a close walk to the beach (which is why I think others rate it so high) -The chairs and towels for the beach were good
