Great home base for fun!
My wife and I enjoyed the condo. The photos make it seem as though you have a full view of the ocean, but there is another building that blocks some of the view. But it is still a nice balcony. The condo has nice but basic amenities but had everything you need. The bed was comfortable. And the access to the beach was great. We used the place as a base for our day trips. There is so much within a short distance. We walked to dinner and drinks every night and drove to the rainforest and other beaches during the day. As well as using the beach right out front. Overall the place was good. The only complaint was that is has a slight smell like it used to be a smokers condo. It was faint but noticeable. One evening someone on another balcony was smoking weed. We had to close the balcony and windows due to the smell. But that was only one evening.

Quick vacation
A much needed few days away from the cold. The area is perfect with most things within walking distance. place was clean and will meet all your basic needs. The facility and the apartment is a bit dated and requires some updates. The gate outside the door made me a bit apprehensive, but it turn out to be okay.

Great Spot
The location was excellent. Many great restaurants within walking distance as well as the grocery store. We used taxi to get to old San Juan which is then very walkable as well.

Great condo
Condo was fabulous. Everything was very clean; Alice was extremely responsive and even let us check in early. The bed was super comfortable and we had plenty of hot water. On top of everything, the view was incredible. Could not be happier, we will definitely be back!

Beautiful condo, beautiful location
My spouse and I stayed for two weeks in this well-located and well-appointed condo. Communication with owners was fantastic- we had a problem with the AC and they came over right away. FYI there is no oven; just a cooktop. Highly recommend!

This home is in a great area with beach front access. The pool area and playground were great. The security of the building make you feel like your in a resort. Food trucks on the beach, restaurants everywhere plus Foxwoods casino is just steps from this fabulous condo. Will definitely be returning to this great home.5 stars all day long.
