"Let me start by saying that our welcome to the hotel was excellent for our 7 day stay. We were greeted by the friendliest lady. I didn't get her name, but she made our welcome amazing. Long blonde hair originally from Belgium. She greeted us with a glass of Prosecco. A big shout out to Rafu who made every morning he worked a great start to the day. "Massive pool heated. Plenty seats around the pool. Good breakfast. No shops in walking distance, like supermarket, but 5 minutes by car to the nearest one. You will need a car or go in shuttle bus once a day, leaving in the morning return in the afternoon. Reception friendly. Will come again. "

"Such a beautiful hotel with gorgeous facilities. The staff members go above and beyond for you at this hotel! It unfortunately is not walking distance into the main centres however the hotel phoned a taxi daily which they arrived within minutes! The only annoyance we had was on the final day a staff member knocked on our door and walked straight in whilst I was topless getting ready for the day. "Overall, a very pleasant weekend. However, as previously mentioned, the room was disappointing. It was on the first floor, and very close to the main pool. There were a large number using the pool, which inevitably caused a lot of noise. On checking out, the staff advised us to email them next time, and they will do their best to allocate a better room."
