"Let me start by saying that our welcome to the hotel was excellent for our 7 day stay. We were greeted by the friendliest lady. I didn't get her name, but she made our welcome amazing. "The location of the property was excellent and the staff was lovely. The property as a whole is missing very basic amenities- no air conditioning, no toiletries, no pool towels, the wifi was non-existent on the 6th floor. Very basic twin beds when pushed together, no fitted sheet to keep them together. "
