"Great location and our 10 yr old granddaughter loved the small rooftop pool with views over Old San Juan. The staff was excellent and the attached bar was very nice. Only comments for improvement would be: no paper towels and toilet paper in guest bath downstairs off the lobby, very slow elevator, had to ask for sheets etc for pull-out sofa and the wonderful rooftop pool could use some tile repair. None deal breakers though. We loved it! Marta, Alfredo, Maria and the other staff were FANTASTIC...

"This hotel is in the middle of everything. No need to rent a car. You can walk to some great restaurants and shops. There is a lot of history nearby and the Fort at Old San Juan is only 15 minutes away on foot. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and air conditioned.
