Beautiful, private, safe, family oriented large home close to airport

Private Finca composed of 7 private beautiful homes with large individual garden/yard area for personal use. Finca is located on calle 3 which is a tourist attraction due to a local traditional restaurants, zoo, small bars and lots of nurseries. It a great start off point, close to many tour that include Volcan POAS, butterfly farm, coffee and chocolate plantations, etc. It's 10 minutes from downtown Alajuela where there are local museums, shopping, restaurants, and other activities. The Finca is only 10 to 15 minutes from Juan Santa Maria Airport.

It's a family focused finca, where you get to enjoy birds, large iguanas, owls, and other wild life that is respected and left alone. Very child appropriate, tons of play area. It's quiet and peaceful; great place be if you are on vacations or on a business trip. Home is a 2 story home, two bedrooms on the top floor with a shared bathroom, there is one bedroom on the first floor with a private bathroom. A half bath is also down stairs. The home has many windows for viewing. Cable and WiFi are available.
The local community is small and many are family, most have owed their land for generations. We the foreigners has always felt welcomed.
