"It was pretty good overall. The AC worked very good, clean rooms, fun pool. We took a early tour at 7am and their restaurant had our pre ordered breakfast ready at 6:30am. Perfect Grocery store and chiken restaurant across the street. We stayed at a family cabana ( 2 rooms ), There was a few issues, the hot water was not working in one of the bathrooms, The mini fridge wasn't working in one of the rooms. But since we were a big family sharing 2 rooms we managed, no problem. Overall I...

"We stayed here on a family vacation with our kids and their 9 month old child. The resort had a pack and play available as well as fridge and microwave. The front desk staff was very accommodating and helped arrange taxi service to the Mayan ruins and calico jacks for zip lining. There are several dining options within easy walking distance and we felt very safe in the area. Residents of the area are very warm and welcoming. The pool bar was a welcome sight at the end of a busy day. "
