"Receptionist was extremely helpful and kind, arranging bottles of cold water, breakfast to take away and organising a very early airport shuttle. Room was okay, did exactly what we needed it to do but could do with a little tlc. Overall, happy with our nights stay as a stop to break up our journey on the way to the airport"

"L'hôtel est idéalement situé. Extérieurement et intérieurement très joli. L'ensemble du personnel est aux petits soins. La piscine intérieure esr digne des grands palaces Le petit déjeuner est très varié et excellent. On y reviendra, c'est sûr ."

"The hotel was in close proximity to the airport and you could actually walk from terminal two to the hotel although it was not advised. I enjoyed that the breakfast was offered at 5 AM for the travelers that leave early in the morning overall it was a convenient location."

"We stayed here for 5 nights for our honeymoon in August. We pre-booked the spa, a cooking class, wine tasting and a cocktail masterclass. Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were great, all very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. They really went out of their way to make sure we had a great time. The breakfast buffet was very well stocked with delicious fruits, cheeses, meat and pastries. The views of the lake from the top floor restaurant are stunning. We ate at LeBolle twice and the food and service are both of the highest standard. We had a lovely experience at this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Stresa and Lake Maggiore."

"Idyllic hotel in the middle of Baveno. From arrival all staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was spotlessly clean. The facilities were lovely and you can also use the shared facilities at the Grand Dino Hotel. Perfect for a retreat by Lake Maggorie. I would definitely return and recommend. Only feedback I’d give to the hotel is our room did not have a full length mirror which I would have liked."
