What a terrible place. The staff when I checked in was just god awful. I made the mistake of taking my socks off and putting my bare feet on the floor, and the floor was sticky.

Easy acces to tthe surrounding neighborhood specially when you are visiting as a touris,,Unique Chinatown and the old Italian North beach are walking distance,,,,afew different stuff at the front desk,,their customar service handling

Stayed here two years ago, but it's worse now. I would NOT stay again. Carpets are filthy in halls and in rooms. I saw one with wood flooring, so maybe they are upgrading some rooms. Elevator out of service with no firm estimate of repair. Cancelled a separate stay because of this. Trash in hallway not picked up for two days. Clean hallway bathrooms. No heat; and people leave hallway and bathroom windows wide open. Even at low price, I wouldn't stay again due to cleanliness. They also rent rooms monthly, so there is a transient element staying here. Not recommended.
