Clean and efficient amenities and comfortable bed…easy in and out and excellent communication with hosts but not somewhere I’d be able to recommend for a long stay, the noise transfer (footsteps and voices) from upstairs was very distracting and limited work (which I needed to do while there). The neighborhood did not feel entirely safe, not a lot of food options nearby. About a 20 min drive into SF proper, two hour parking required constant attention during the stay.

Great value two bedroom
Nicely remodeled 2 bedroom with a garage in a working class neighborhood - perfect for our needs. As another reviewer mentioned, the climate control was confusing and beyond our ability to sort out too, so the place stayed at about 64 degrees inside the entire 3 days. One other thing that might be helpful to know is that the layout is a little unusual in that the second bedroom is through a laundry room shared with the upstairs unit. All in all, we really liked the place and would definitely stay again.

It was a lovely little apartment in the perfect location. The only objections I had: the instructions for getting in and out and which doors to use and which to keep open, and the instructions on how to handle the heat, were unfollowable. Other than that, it was truly perfect; the only thing it might have needed was a small table to eat at.

Die Wohnung war bei unserem Eintreffen sauber und aufgeräumt.
Sie reicht zum Übernachten auch weitestgehend aus.
Ein paar Kritikpunkte habe ich doch.
Die Ausstattung ist sehr dürftig.
Es fehlt an Besteck ( keine 2 komplette Sätze vorhanden) auch wären ein paar Gläser ganz nützlich.
Ein zweiter Bettbezug und Decke ( falls man getrennt in Bett und auf der Couch schlafen möchte) sollte auch vorhanden sein. Gelegentlich nervt die Heizung, die schon mal nachts relativ laut anspringt. Aber wie gesagt, wir waren 10 Tage da und haben uns arrangiert.
