"the rented property isn't even used despite the fact that we already paid for it. contacted the host, no reply. we stayed in another house near the place, and again, paid for it. the property pictures had just been used since it used to be a real transient house like 3 years ago. "Upon arriving at the place the guard refused to let me in stating that I didnt have reservation. He contacted the manager and when she arrived she informed me that expedia cancelled my reservation. I drove 5 hours to get to the place. I contacted hotels.com and after the manager spoke with the operator she took us to the building. I had my elderly mother with me and there was no elevator in the building. She recommended we transfer to the sister building with elevator and better accommodations....
