"In our lifetime, one of the greatest gifts is to cross paths with some uniquely special people. Nina is just one of those people. Always pleasant, proactive, and mindful of providing outstanding customer service. Of course, I would be remiss if I did not recognize the outstanding service provided by Nina's colleagues Rosa, Zach,and all members of the support, housekeeping, and kitchen staff. Highly recommend this hotel if you are within 30 miles of this BW location."

"Only remark is that we had a late checkout @ 3pm. Baby went down for nap at 2, had cleaning staff knocking on door at 2:15 and 2:30. Had one staff member walk into room. I understand they are doing their job, I just wish there was more communication between front desk and cleaning staff :)"
