The condo features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a sofa bed, and three bathrooms each with a shower and tub. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a washing machine, AC, iron, WiFi, and heating. Whether you're exploring the vibrant city or simply enjoying a quiet evening in, this delightful condo is the perfect home away from home.

Please remember that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. Therefore we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own.

** This isn't a party house.

** No smoking is permitted, including Marijuana. We may garnish 2X your cleaning fee if the smell of smoke is present.

**Only guests listed on the reservation are welcome — no outside guests are allowed at anytime.

-All PETS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED. Check with me before you book please as there is an additional $20 per night pet fee charge. This fee will be added after the reservation has been made.

- This apartment has an in-house washer and dryer. Please feel free to do laundry as you please.

- Thank you in advance for respecting our house rules, they are very important to us. Please keep a reasonable volume so as to not disturb our neighbors, and do not invite other guests or have parties. We would appreciate it if you washed any dishes you use during your stay. Please leave the house in the same condition you found it as when you first arrived.

Pacific beach stay

The townhouse fit my family comfortably. Lots of light and it’s nicely decorated. The layout is kinda weird with 2 bedrooms downstairs on the garage level and 1 upstairs in the main living space. There was a huge carpet stain in one of the downstairs rooms and there’s a musty smell down there. You can’t beat the location, it’s very convenient to everything and it’s in a quiet neighborhood.
