SPACIOUS FAMILY LOFT W/ GARAGE & PARKING, STEPS TO OCEAN AND BAY

Spectacular and popular location in the heart of Mission Beach. This zen loft is recently remodeled and beautifully decorated with an abundance of natural light. 300 feet west is the ocean and 200 feet east is the bay. An abundance of restaurants, bars and cafes and shopping are all within walking distance.

The open floor plan living at its best in our breezy loft. Great kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

Free use of beach chairs, surf boards , beach towels. Parking provided on 7 miles to San Diego International Airport

There are 7 exterior audio/video security cameras that record the ENTIRE perimeter of the home/property 24/7. This includes: 2 doors that lead into the home, 2 cameras the monitor the patio, outdoor kitchen and fire pit as well as 2 on the west side of the house that monitors the sidewalk aimed north and south and 1 that monitors the carport. This is for our safety as well as the safety of all of our guests. There are no cameras inside.

We booked this family loft for a short getaway. The owner responded quickly to all requests and made sure that we had everything that we needed. Our only issue if you could even call it that was that the street noise was really Loud when we had the windows open but that is to be expected in a beach town. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely back here again.
