*Living Area has 42' flatscreen hdtv and seating for 8
*Entire house is one level with handicap access
*Kitchen is well equipped with all new appliances (microwave, oven, gas burners, refrigerator & dishwasher) with a laundry room with laundry sink and washer/dryer
*Outside Living Area, huge fenced backyard with propane grill and outside seating for 12 as well as front deck
*House is equipped with 2 beach cruisers, beach chairs and plenty of beach towels
*Brand New Central Air Conditioning a rarity at the beach

Location, location, location. Can’t get much closer to the beach. House could use some updating and a new cleaning company. However, it worked perfectly for the eight of us. Great front porch and backyard for chilling with a cocktail. We would stay there again.

Quaint cottage- excellent location

This beach cottage is a short walk to everything that PB has to offer! This is a wonderful setting for a family vacation! Our family thoroughly enjoyed the large yard with a fire pit and ample parking for multiple cars! I can't say enough wonderful things about our experience!
