THINGS TO KNOW
-Guests must sign a separate e-sign agreement with important terms and conditions and ID and credit card verification is required to complete the booking process.
-Basic Beach gear provided (beach chairs, beach towels).
-Top Bunk meant for child only.
-San Diego Airport flight path runs over South Mission Beach. Some airplane noise may be heard; however, departing flights are not permitted between 11:30pm-5:30am. The home is totally worth it!
-Like many homes in Mission Beach, parking spaces are tight. To avoid surprises, please be sure your vehicles will fit in the carport before booking.
-This home is the lower half of a duplex. Sleeping areas do not share a wall with the upstairs unit.

ATTENTION
This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please ensure you are comfortable with these terms before booking.

Family FUn

Great location for fun in the sun and surf. Quiet and comfortable accomodations. We were able to check-in early at 11:30am, which was very nice for our arrival. Parking space is tight, but we fit a Jeep Grand Cherokee.

Last minute military good bye!

Quick trip to say good bye, last minute booking. Communication was perfect and house exactly as described. Great location for both the bay and the beach. Perfect place for a family cookout! Thank you for the memories!

Perfect for Us

This is the 3rd or 4th time we've stayed at this home. We really love the location, layout and overall cleanliness and amenities offered. Having three full bathrooms is wonderful and we really appreciated having a bedroom and full bathroom downstairs this visit because we unexpectedly had our youngest daughter with a foot injury this time so the stairs would have been challenging. Thank you!

Perfect Location, Amazing Property

This property was perfect for our family trip - my family of three and my brother's family of four (4 adults, 2 teens, one 9 year old). The home had everything we needed. The location was wonderful - quick walk to the ocean side/beach and to the bay side. The porch was great for dining or just sitting out with coffee or drinks and enjoying the great San Diego weather. Convenient for the many attractions of San Diego (we did Legoland, Sea World, kayaking in La Jolla, and the Wild Animal Park). Great parking as well. We were able to fit a Chevy Suburban and a Kia SUV in the tandem spot (with careful parking skills :)). The property managers were very accommodating and easy to communicate with/very helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer!
