Eloquently decorated mid-century modern spacious unit includes plenty of space for family and friends and bonus outdoor living area with a fire pit, bocce court, synthetic turf and paver stone areas. This Spanish style villa was originally constructed in 1928 and has undergone a full restoration which provides modern comfort while maintaining the original style and charm. A chef's kitchen includes all the fixings and the dining room with table for 6 is perfect for hosting. Unit includes: AC/heat, walk in laundry room with washer/dryer, high-end stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, high end custom cabinets with slow closing drawers & hinges, under-counter LED lighting, beautifully restored original hardwood floors, recessed LED lighting and ceiling fans, solid core doors, custom bathrooms with high end tub and shower.

The home is nestled in the heart of San Diego in the historic Midtown neighborhood and is within walking distance or a 10 minute drive to some of San Diego’s top attractions including: Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, Gaslamp Quarter, Waterfront Park, Midway Aircraft Carrier Museum, Seaport Village, Ocean Beach, San Diego Museum of Art, Old Town State Historic Park, the San Diego Bay, Harbor cruises and San Diego Whale Watching Cruises.

Walking distance to some of San Diego's best restaurants, bars and entertainment: Mister A's, Herb & Wood, Juniper & Ivy, Nolita Hall, Born & Raised, Kettner Exchange, Ballast Point Brewery, Ironside, Camino Riveria, Coca Maya, Cloak & Petal, Cucina Urbana, Azuki sushi, Crack Shack.

My kids love the sound of airplanes going over, but at first I was worried with the noise, but it wasn't really a bother at all. Can't beat the location. A shower was quirky, didn't like the sheets, but I would do it again!
