Soak up the San Diego sunshine on the enclosed patio outside this private boutique room in a classic Italian-built home. All of the doors, windows and bath vanities are imported from Italy. Quiet, safe, and convenient, this room features a private en suite bathroom and all the amenities expected from an upscale hotel. Extra-soft towels and bath robes, at least 800-count Egyptian cotton sheets, plenty of down-alternative pillows, and you will love how comfortable the Queen-size bed is! The room has a Keurig coffee maker and pods, and a mini-fridge. It's about 20 minutes to the beach, Del Mar, and La Jolla. Downtown is easily accessible along with the zoo, wild animal park, and Sea World.

A wonderful stay in every way. The location was ideal, near so many great attractions and close to Del Mar and the ocean, in a welcoming neighborhood next to everything needed. My parents needed a place to stay where there wasn’t stairs so I booked this room for a visit. The host came out to say hello, noticed they were older and offered to switch rooms so they could have a walk in shower instead of a bathtub with shower. He was so gracious the entire time!

A cute bedroom connected to the side of the house with our own entrance - This was a great find in a beautiful safe neighborhood. My bf and I enjoyed our stay here. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The location was perfect for everything that we wanted to do - visit family, trail running (lots of great places to walk and run, including within the area itself).There were lots of families taking walks during the day, and everyone was very friendly. The beach wasn't far, and many great restaurants were close to us. The owners were great, always available if needed, and we absolutely loved meeting their fur babies.
