This Bayfront condo is perfect for a beach getaway! The home features a private bayfront patio with views of the water and a dining area that will accommodate 6. Grill on the private stainless steel BBQ grill and take in the boardwalk activity from the shade of your patio umbrella. Guests at this Mission Beach San Diego vacation rental will experience everything that Mission Bay has to offer.

The lower-level living room features a TV, a sofa sleeper in the living room and a guest bedroom with two twin beds. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and water views, and the dining table has seating for up to 4 people. A small set of stairs takes you to the upper level where you’ll find the master suite with a queen bed, an HDTV and an en suite bathroom.

Additional amenities include a beachfront grass lawn and beach in front, Wi-Fi, ceiling fans and box fans, ready-made beds, one full towel set and beach towel per guest, and a starter kit of household and bath soaps and paper goods. In-home laundry and detergent are also provided for your convenience.

Great location for our family! Was very clean and well taken care of. Perfect for younger kids to swim and play in the calm of the bay while watching them from the porch. Less than 5 min walk to Mission beach where we took many walks and enjoyed the ocean with all of the family (ages 6-18). Also close for other day trips in San Diego. Loved it and would definitely stay there again!

This property is fantastic. The location is perfectly located to restaurants, shops, and rental locations. It offers the calm and serenity of the bay as well as a quick walk to the ocean. We will stay here again.

We LOVED this place. The amenities were fantastic and we were walking distance from the beach. Our host was very responsive and the check in and out process was seamless. We would definitely recommend the place to small families with 2-3 children

Excellent location on Mission Beach. Property was very clean and in excellent shape. Instructions for operating the window coverings, etc. were everywhere, and very useful. We had a question during our trip and the management was very helpful. I would stay here again, with the same management.

Property was in an ideal location just off the walking path of Mission Bay and a 2 minute walk to Mission Beach and all the local shops and restaurants! House was in great condition and kept very clean. It has 4 beds and sleeps 6 comfortably not 5 beds and sleeps 7 as the description states but it still worked out perfectly for this family of 6!

My family and I had a good stay. It’s close to lots of stores, restaurants, and a bike path. My kids had fun playing on the beach which was right in front of the patio. We found a little bucket of a few sand toys which was good because we forgot our own toys.

Paradise Retreat feels like your own home. It’s beautifully decorated in a seaside motif and the second floor bedroom just makes it feel like a home. The large enclosed patio was perfect for visits from our grandson. We were right on Bayside walk so there was plenty of opportunity for walking. The condo was spotless, and maintenance came immediately when we had a problem.

The rental home was comfortable, well equipped, and easy to find. It has a wonderful view of the bay, which is right off the patio. We spent one day at the beach on the bayside. When we wanted lunch, we were able to step right back into the room because it was only a few yards away from our spot on the beach. We also spent one day at the beach on the ocean side, which was only a four minute walk from the room. The location was wonderful, and we are already checking our calendars for when we can return.

We loved this property! It was clean, close to everything, and perfect for our family. The only thing of concern was the amount of transient people sleeping and hanging out near by. I know that isn’t in the property owner’s control and normally it wouldn’t bother me, but they had large knives and were throwing them at trees. They were there our entire stay.

Overall we had a great experience renting the property. Right by the beach. Lots of people passing by the boardwalk. We would have enjoyed a bit more privacy but that is a personal option Only two areas for improvement: smell management, we used many different deodorizers throughout our stay and noise from apartment above (nothing to do about that)

The condo was absolutely amazing!! The accessibility to step outside onto the boardwalk, grass, sand, and into the nay was perfect for our family! We enjoyed playing outside each night, watching the birds, people, and the fireworks from a nearby amusement park. The location was dreamy in relation to many shops and restaurants, and the beach just a short walking distance away!!! Driving to other attractions was quick and easy. It was a busy spot to stay at, but people were friendly. With a nearby playground and water sports rental business super close, it was the perfect place for a family to stay! The condo itself was decorated so nicely with classy, beachy decor and white walls, which made it appear larger and very open in size. The layout of the condo was amazing, provided coziness and yet some privacy at the same time. Everything was well stocked and super clean. We are impressed and will return!!!

Cute beach property, lots of household amenities (laundry in unit, toaster, blender, cable TV, bbq and gas, hair dryer, etc). Parking was challenging- would rent a place with a garage or two dedicated spaces next time (had to run around and find the folks who parked in our space a few times...) Ground floor unit was very noisy due to upstairs neighbors coming and going at all hours (not partying, just “loud” footfalls and stairs above the unit - neighbors must work at the bars- coming home at 2-3am each night)-earplugs helped to sleep. Was nice to be able to go right out the front gate to the bayside walk though! Unfortunate ceiling leak on Thanksgiving was annoying, too, but emergency properly manager brought a bucket and towels.... Good first time Vrbo learning experience.
