Enjoy the best San Diego views of the water and city right from your bed! This stunning loft is minimalist in its design, yet comfortably appointed in the heart of San Diego`s most Posh neighborhood, Little Italy.
Please note this unit is located near the airport, however, noise should not be an issue at all.

The Space:
Overlooking beautiful India street with dozens of great restaurants and bars! Enjoy a morning walk and espresso through the farmer`s market, or just take a stroll through the waterfront, you could not get a better location


This loft is beautifully perched overlooking Little Italy`s epicenter and San Diego`s beautiful waterfront! Fully equipped for any kind of stay, business or pleasure!

Free Parking (restriction 16ft) if your car is bigger than that a $50 fee per day has to be paid at the front deskfee will be added, WIFI and TV equipped with Roku featuring apps like Netflix, Hulu, HBO etc... Get comfortable and enjoy America`s Finest City!

The Neighborhood:
You will be right in the center of little italy, in fact overlooking the sign. There isn`t really any bad restaurants on india street, so mange away! Beautiful place to have a bite or go for a short walk to the waterfront, or simply admire the neighborhood`s timeless beauty

Getting Around:
There`s tons of scooters and bikes available through apps like lime bike and bird which are easy and convenient ways to get around locally. Uber and Lyft are also great!

Other Things to Note:
** Early Check-in or Late Check-out may be (not guaranteed) available at an additional cost and it`s only arranged once it`s paid by the guest ( prior to arrival)

Pets are welcome! (requires extra fee of $40)

shortcomings

Property is very nice in a great neighborhood. Unfortunately, nobody is taking care of it. We arrived on a cold rainy night to find no heat, no garbage disposal, a backed-up toilet, and heavy dust on the cabinets. The only response from management--don't use the garbage disposal. We spent the next day at home depot buying a space heater and a toilet plunger. We used most of the only roll of paper towels in the unit cleaning dust. On initial check-in, we were given instructions to enter the parking garage across the street. We found later that the correct parking garage was actually next door, on the same side of the street. First clue that management had never really seen the property. We never give negative reviews, so we can only balance things by saying the unit is really cute with a great view of the bay. Too bad nobody is in charge.

Problems in the Loft

This is a loft property facing direct sun. Unfortunately the AC system was barely working the first night and not at all the second night. It was over 100 degrees in the sleeping area and the property manager kept having us try different things over the phone for almost 4 hours rather than get someone over right away to fix the situation. Their solution was to bring over a 12 inch desk fan that just blew the air in the room without any cooling. To top things off, they then charged us to cover the repair of a window that was off its track. It was off the track when we arrived and apparently was done by a previous guest who also had a temperature problem. We use VRBO frequently and this was the worst experience ever.
