"The place was nice, and people were helpful, but they did not have our reservation from VRBO. THe lady there was sweet, spoke no English and had no idea.They had other reservations form other platforms but not ours. We were lucky that they had one room left that they put us in and it all worked out and its a good location to explore Zona Colonial. Just make sure to verify your reservation!"

The hotel staff is very friendly and offers a lot of information about the city.( what to do, where to eat, how to get there, etc.) They will even order the food for you. "Run down. Not worth more than $20 per night. No vent in bathroom, things don’t dry out. The staff is nice, the location is good, but that does not make up for the extremely dated look of the property. My room looked nothing like the photo. I felt I was staying at a crack house. I booked in advance for 5 days. Had to leave after 2 nights. The also lost power for about 10 hours. If you stay in the front room street traffic may keep you awake at night."
