Bright, light, and open feeling with a great view! Walk to the beach. Enclosed Outdoor Room that you can roll up the windows if you wish. Plenty of outdoor space, and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. Peaceful, quiet, neighborhood, with great Beach Trails above Coast Highway for walking, and hiking.

This is a unique vintage style house, centrally located between North Beach Amtrack train station (if you want to venture to San Diego), San Clemente Pier, downtown shops, restaurants, Doheny Beach, Dana Point Harbor, and historic old-town San Juan Capistrano.
