"The villa is beautiful, lovely inside and out. Very spacious and it really has everything inside you could need. The pool area is very large and the pool is large and beautiful, our only issue was the lack of workable umbrella stands as there is no shade around the pool until about 4pm. We didnt find too much to do local to the villa, there is a nice restaurant (La Taberna) in rucalmuto but we drove to San Leone, which had an array of resturants and beautiful beaches and just 20 mins drive...

"We spend a wonderful two weeks in this lovely house. Carmelo could be contacted anytime and was very helpful.The house is off main roads and very quiet, exactly what we wanted. We seldom found a cleaner house. Most of the windows had working insect protection. Air condition worked well in the bedrooms and the rest of the house stayed cool if you close the shades. The furnature isn't the newest one but works fine. We made the mistake of leaving a still warm Pizza slice on the countertop and...

"Beautiful property but many millipedes everywhere, water off several times, dogs barking every night, nosy owner who came by daily and we had to pay for electricity used for time there. We have rented many times from HomeAway but never was charged for electricity. We did get deposit refunded the day we left minus charge for electricity.
