The host, Jarrell, responds promptly and fixes any minor issues quickly. One con: There is no comfortable place to eat in the apartment! The kitchen island does not have room for one's knees. "

There is no one on site to assist if an issue arises and when trying to contact the staff when I encountered issues I either did not receive a response at all or when I did on a few occasions it was incredibly delayed.
