"Parking and accessing the unit was was seamless. There were a couple hiccups at first with getting on the Wifi and figuring out the heat but Arlene was quick to respond and we got it all figured out. The place was very clean and had everything you need in the kitchen to cook a meal. The beds are very comfortable. Its also nice having a washer and dryer. Its within walking distance to to a few coffee shops and places to eat. Down on the corner from the unit is a place called Golden Sol Wellness...

They double booked my the unit I had been assigned and by the time I had arrived, it was the late evening and I had to spend over 4 hours on the phone with two companies’ resepctive support lines, a total of some 7 support agents, after numerous escalations and the same circular conversation that did not resolve anything. "Stayed 5 weeks. The location perfect. The street the house is on is fairly quiet, just residential traffic going one way. But you can walk to the Haight for boutique shopping, or party in the Castro without needing a ride."
