Should have know this was going to be a disastrous stay the night before, the property manager emailed stating there was a plumbing issue with the upstairs bathroom but was hopefully getting fixed. At this point I should have said we were cancelling & to refund us! We checked in & there was sewage smell which the plumbers came to try & fix but the smell was there throughout our stay. The pool was dirty, they claimed it wasn't.The...

"We rented the villa for a week. We picked the villa based on the views and they didn't disappoint. There were lots of terraces to choose from to enjoy the views, plus the infinity pool. The villa was clean and spacious and the pool table was a good addition. A car is needed to get to the shops and restaurants but this didn't bother us. Kadin the host was very helpful and always responded to any requests. It's in a quiet location which is good because all you can hear is the sea."

"Had a great time at the villa. Villa has loads of space . Not ideal with amount of stairs to the property but when you see the view its all worth it. We enjoyed the area as we had a car to get into santa cruz (15/20min drive) but we enjoyed walks around the village and along to the beach."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious house. The management team is excellent- super responsive. One of the bedrooms smelled mouldy and they came the next day with air fresheners and re cleaned the room. (The room did seem to always have a musty smell). House is excellent for large groups. There are lots of areas to have a meal. It was nice that all bedrooms have bathrooms."

"Directions to VRBO were clear until you entered the neighborhood . Finding the location was not easy, locating the gate key was easy, locating the house key was not easy. Opening/unlocking door was difficult. Instructions for all appliances were not available. Had no idea what some appliances were. Toasters did not work, map of area was not available . Summary: manuals need to be available . Lock on front door was very difficult to use/open."

"We enjoyed our special times relaxing on the balcony in the evening watching the sunsets. The pool area was nice. A very easy commute into puerto de la cruz. Loved the mountain side of Tenerife where the house is located. The property could use a little spruce up."

"Aus diesen Objekt könnte man mehr machen. Es sind zusammengewürfelte ältere Möbel vorhanden. Nur das Bett im Untergeschoss war einigermassen bequem. Poolabdeckung ziemlich schmutzig. Im Untergeschoss unangenehmer Geruch aus dem Sideboard vor dem Schlafzimmer . Die Küche ist okay. Ein Kühlschrank im Untergeschoss wäre sehr sinnvoll. Ansonsten alles so wie beschrieben."

"The owners were extremely helpful and made sure that our holiday went without a hitch. They came in each week, and gave the villa a thorough clean. They were there each morning between 6 and 9 am and tended the chickens and the gardens and were available should we have any issues to resolve. Plenty of eggs were left for us through out our stay, and when we first arrived milk, bread, butter, ham and cheese was left for us so we did not have to rush to the shops. All in all a very pleasant...
