The sttaff was amazing so nice all the time. Only issues was the water was a little cold. Other than that experience was amazing and the food was amazing.

Hotell uten service

Betjeningen trenger kurs i service! Vi opplevde gang på gang å bli oversett av personalet, også når vi aktivt tiltalte dem. De var opptatt med å se på sin telefon eller pc i resepsjonen, eller de bare overså oss. Ingen tok imot oss ved ankomst for å hjelpe oss inn med koffertene. Og ingen hjalp oss ut med dem når vi reiste igjen. Byggets inngangsparti er støpt skjevt og har for høye trinn, noe som gjør adkomsten vanskelig. Det samme gjelder innvendig trapp mellom etasjene. Trappen er bygget for bratt, slik at det vanskeliggjør å benytte den. Rommene har en dårlig løsning for badet med en åpning i glassdøren som slipper luft ut og derfor gir dårlig lukt om man har brukt toalettet. Dusjveggen var ikke tett og vi opplevde å få vann ut i rommet når vi dusjet. Det er heller ikke lov å ha toalettpapir i toalettet. Dette må legges i sanitærpose. Det var kun 1 badekåpe og 1 paraply i rommet, selv om det var et tomannsrom. En dag fikk vi vaskekluter mens vi ikke fikk det de neste dagene. Om man har rom ut mot veien er det svært mye trafikkstøy døgnet rundt pga dårlig isolerte vindu og dører. Frokosten var desverre under pari. Standard thai, men fortsatt for dårlig. Frukt og grønnsaker stod under fluenett, men hva hjelper det når det er utett og det kommer inn fluer som ikke kommer seg ut igjen. Gjør som andre hotell å ha frukt og grønnsaker i kjøleskap! Vi følte oss rett og slett ikke velkomne her. Ledelsen må ta ansvar og løfte nivået på hotellets service betydelig.

Great experience

A refreshing boutique hotel in a young smiling ambitious atmosphere. The reception and kitchen were excellent. The maiden rutines have to be looked through.

Very comfortable rooms, trendy decor, friendly staff, and the hotel has its own food truck outside that makes pretty decent cheeseburgers. I’d stay here again.

Établissement incroyable. Chambre très propre et très belle. Personnel très aidant et gentil. Séjour très agréable. Point négatif: nous entendons beaucoup les bruits du boulevard qui est juste à côté de l’hôtel. Mais j’y retournerais sans hésiter.
