"Our stay at Elmrock was exactly what we needed to get out of town and have many of the beautiful sites of Ulster County available nearby. The House we rented from them was beautifully kept. The Breakfasts were great ant the conversation with others made for nice mornings. ON a VERY hot July 4th Weekend the home was cool and comfortable! Would recommend the Inn highly."

"Room was very good. Indoor pool was fantastic, Staff was helpful. Breakfast was very good. I highly recommend this hotel."

"An ADA room should have a walk in shower. The bathtub was to hard to get into"

"Clean room and everything necessary was included such as and heater. Also has towels, a fridge and breakfast."

"Views were spectacular. On site hiking trails and lots of local trails and parks. Food nearby was great. Lots of options"

"For the price point and ridiculous surcharges present, it doesn’t deliver. Aside from the young men doing transport the staff was rude and not helpful. Steamroom was out of order, the sculpt class I took was mediocre to say the least - our room was dusty and had cobwebs in the corners of the room as well as above the shower - unacceptable. An additional arbitrary $45/day stay-fee on top of everything upon checkout was charged which is “just normal” according to the front desk. Bizarre. The...

"Lovely setting, room was clean and comfortable. We ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant and enjoyed both meals."

"Graham & Co. is unfortunately an excellent example of the inflationary nature of our experiences at present. The owners have repurposed a property that was probably in disuse, in a very basic way and is capitalizing on the beautiful surroundings of the Catskill mountains to overcharge for the accommodation. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed. However, the towels were worn ( one had rust on it as did the towel hooks and various screw heads) the walls were bare, the toilet continued to...

"Great location and highly recommend!"

"Beautiful Inn. Every detail was so well thought out!"

"The Howland House was situated in the most perfect spot in the Catskill Mountains! Very clean property, outstanding staff who never say no and go out of their way to help you.... The only thing I didn't care for, but not really a big deal, was that we had to share the 2 bathrooms down the hall with two other rooms. While the bathrooms were nice, they just weren't in the room we were staying in due to being sold out of the rooms with. The restaurant, Oliver's, was quite lovely and attached to the...

"It's a nice place but for the price I would have expected more attention to detail in the room. There are also minimal amenities. Also, the images give you the impression it is in a very private, quiet area which is not the case. However, it is in a great location because it's right in the heart of the center of town; a nice town with a great, diverse selection of stores."
