"The staff were brilliant, kind, polite and helpful. The beds were very hard and the bathrooms need upgrading as well as the air conditioning. We upgraded to a deluxe room and found it strange that the tv was in front of the beds and not in the seating area. There were not enough plug sockets either. They also need to stop the chinese visitors from smoking in their rooms as this came through our air conditioning unit which was annoying as we don't smoke and it is supposed to be a no smoking...

"The best thing about this hotel was the service. The bellhop was super helpful and so were the front desk, ladies, and it was very clean very spacious. I love the large bathrooms and the television being hooked up to apps that we can watch our own Netflix and Prime Video is a huge benefit "
