The property is on a beautiful square and walking distance to pretty much everything I needed. The room was comfortable, original, spatious and clean. The property was also secure and quiet. "This is an apartment in a 500 year old building. On the canal, large space with extra TV room. Nicely furnished small bathroom but nice. Very nice staff, and we were on the 4th top floor and there are no elevators. 54 stairs. Excellent buffet breakfast for 15 euros. Good Italian Venice experience."

"Excellent hotel near the center of Venice. It was clean, with regular room cleaning, and located in a quiet area. We received all the instructions by email and double-checked the correct entrance, as the one on Google Maps was incorrect. The hotel also has a nice lobby where we could make coffee or tea. My daughter and I had a wonderful time!"
