"This hotel was absolutely stunning! I loved everything! The friendly workers, the spacious bathroom and bedroom. The jet tub was a hit with my daughter because she loves bubble baths. Safe neighborhood, beautiful gardens, everything was superb! The only downside is the amount of time it takes to get your security deposit back."

"The thermal waters and the construction around the pools are great. The rest is pretty bad. No hot water in the rooms, no WiFi, a water leak from the ceiling, the lighting is terrible, dark because the only window is tiny, the view from the only window is to the parking lot. Having those majestic mountains around is a real pity you see parked cars. Had to beg for a hand towel and a bathroom mat. The selection of food is poor and no healthy options. This hotel needs a new vision to keep up with...
