"It was cold in Monterrey while I was there and the common areas of the property have no heat. It was very uncomfortable to be outside my room. I had to ask the maid to change the sheets my first day there because there was what looked like a tick on one of the pillows. The maid was there everyday"

"I had arrived at Ayenda Suites Ejecutivas Monterrey at 11:10 pm on April 13, and I was not able to enter the hotel since their front door was locked and after banging on the door for a number of times, I gave up, and left the site. The hotel is in a rundown condition with a big pothole in front of the door. "

"Property is gorgeous and very clean. The cleaning and maintenance staff work hard to keep it that way. Upon arrival the google map streetview showed the neighbors property as being the vrbo property, that created an embarrassing situation with the neighbor when i actually entered that property at their garage.
