"Breakfast selections were awesome, well cooked/prepared. Rooms were well maintained, providing clean towels etc. Staff outstanding. We encountered car breakdown on Thursday requiring maintenance fearing an extended day or two. Staff was flexible in offering extended day if required, however, day of checkout offered space for storing luggage in office area until car was ready. Very accommodating! "

"No Wi-Fi ,tv didn’t work , sheets had hairs in them like someone just made the bed didn’t wash the sheets , bathroom ceiling moldy from leak and crappy repair,towel bar was off the wall and the holes patched, blank cover player above the bed from old electrical outlets where cut wrong and to fill the whole someone shoved Walmart bags in it , room smelled like someone just sprain raid bug killer everywhere "

"wow— we stayed here on short notice and it was awesome!! great place for kids to burn off energy at the indoor pool area. we were fortunate enough to get a poolside room too so it was quick & easy access for us to go back and forth. the staff were also AMAZING! i’m honestly just so impressed. Andrea at the front desk was superb! like seriously, i was in awe at how kind she was and went above and beyond to prioritize our room to be ready early (we had a cranky toddler in desperate need of a nap lol). we would definitely stay here again. also- the onsite restaurant was SO GOOD!!! we were shocked bc typically those places can be mid but, it was soooo good. the beds were very comfortable; rooms were so clean and smelled fresh "
