"Excellent location, amenities, facilities. We stayed 2 nights. The property is right above the Main Street of Gatlinburg. We 2 adults 2 children 6/9 loved that we didn’t have to bother with the traffic and parking but we’re not in a big busy hotel. My 9 year old described this room as “fancy” which I agree it had some nice elevated amenities, tastefully decorated and well thought out design. Texted the host for help with the fire pits with a quick response. We hope to come stay again. "

Close to the activity but far enough away to be quiet at night. The free trolley has a stop right by the front desk making access to the area very easy. Will definitely stay here again."
