The apartment is divided into several areas: an open-concept kitchen leading to the dining room, a hallway, a bathroom, and two bedrooms. Terrace overlooking the pool.

The dining room is stylish, featuring a modern Nordic design with a very comfortable sofa. Dining table with designer chairs, 40-inch flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and heat pump.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils you need to prepare your best recipes. It has a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, grill, blender, frying pans, etc.

The bathroom is modern in style with a shower stall, hair dryer, and a mirror with touch-activated lighting.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed with a high-quality mattress. It has an open closet and a window leading to the terrace with incredible views.

Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed with two beds, a clothes rack, and outlets for charging your phone, etc.


The terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea, with a table where you can enjoy eating outdoors or just relax. Chill-out area with a sofa and cushions, mood lighting, a side table, a closet with a clothesline, and beach toys.

The entire property is available for the guest’s exclusive use. It features 2 bedrooms, a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a terrace. Private parking space—please inquire in advance about availability and price. In the common area, you can enjoy the adult and children’s pools, as well as the green space, ping-pong, and petanque.

The Capellans neighborhood offers a wonderful experience; its proximity to the beach and the tourist area makes this one of the best parts of Salou. There are no nightclubs on the street, ensuring a peaceful stay. The area has bars, supermarkets, and a bus stop, so it’s well connected.

Blue-zone street parking is available during the summer season; free parking is available on parallel and perpendicular streets, and paid parking is available in the building.

In Catalonia, pursuant to Law 5/2017 of March 28. A tourist tax is charged to guests over 16 years of age; for tourist accommodations (ET4), this amounts to €1 per adult per day for a maximum of 7 days. This tax is not included in the Airbnb price.

The pool is open during the summer season: June, July, August, and September.
1- Parties and events are not permitted.
2- If the property is found to be in very poor condition
after checkout, beyond what a courteous guest would leave it:

Example --> Leaving dirty pots and pans in the kitchen, excessive trash in the bins, stains on linens or burn marks on the floor, dirty walls, pet hair. These are examples of poor condition.

We will charge an additional fee of 40€/h if special cleaning is required.

We will charge you an additional fee based on the damage caused and the current market value. If an identical item cannot be found, you will be charged the cost of a similar item.

3- Overnight guests not listed on your reservation are not permitted.
4- Teens, infants, and young children are more than welcome, but each must be listed on the reservation.
6- No more than 10 people may be on or within the property at any given time.
7- Guests must respect all community rules and coexist harmoniously with the neighborhood.
8- You acknowledge and agree to the following fees:
a) Smoking: 50€ for each day you stay at the accommodation and smoke inside.
b) late checkout: €20 if you check out late without prior authorization.
c) lost keys: €80 for replacement keys.
9- Failure to comply with the house rules may result in eviction from the property without a refund.
10- You agree to book in good faith and will not attempt to damage the property because you are dissatisfied with an Airbnb decision.
11- If a violation of the house rules results in a deduction from or refund to the next guest, you are responsible for covering the resulting costs.
