Simone was extremely helpful & pleasant to work with upon check in & for recommending sites to see as well as arranging for an exceptional dinner for our one night stay. We look forward to coming back from our trip to Cortona & Sorento. I would also like to thank Laura for her efforts in setting our minds at easy in correcting my reservation mistake many months ago! "Clean, newly renovated room. Staff friendly and helpful. Only thing is the lights in the room turned on automatically at 1 am and then 4 am and disrupted my sleep :( and I don’t even set it like that. The shower curtain were outside so that was a bit awkward for people in the room who can pull it and see who is showering. Didn’t do the breakfast so can’t comment on that. Bed and room were comfortable. Will recommend"

"So thankful for the swimming pool! It was great to come back after a day of sightseeing in the hot humid July temps and jump into the refreshing pool!. It was great to have all the on site amenities such as the on site full service restaurant. Food was great. The breakfast in the morning helped save time and get our day off to a great start. Great variety of foods on the buffet. Something for every one. The market was essential for the last minute things, snacks and other sundries. The laundry facility was also a bonus. The snack bar by the pool was great. And the gelato was such a wonderful treat at a great price. The room was acceptable. Nothing too fancy, but adequate. Bed was very comfortable. It would have been nice to have a small chest of drawers to be able to unpack into for the weeks stay. Also, I wish we had been able to have fresh towels every 2-3 days. We were there for 10 nights and ended up washing our towels at the laundromat. Pool towel rental would be a great option for this property to add. Overall, very satisfied with the property. Would stay here again."
