"My daughter and I were very unhappy with the fact that for two nights in a row, there were loud parties going on downstairs late at night. When my daughter called the first night, she was told that she could move her room. When I called the second night, the staff member told me that he would take care of it, but it did not quiet down until almost midnight."

"The family dinner on the Sunday evening was lively with good service. However, my room was fine but there was a persistent bumping noise (?from heating,)coming from the roof space which really disturbed my sleep. I did report this in the morning. Breakfast was over priced, £17 for a poor selection of continental breakfast plus being charged extra for coffee. "
