"On the day I scheduled with the front desk, the price I was quoted was much higher than what I saw online. When I told him this, he said go back and schedule with the online price. I would have thought the hotel would have wanted to do a price change, but I guess not."

"Horrible disgusting hot tub. I reserved mainly to sit in it to relax. Dirty and jets were very bad - spewed water everywhere. Room was clean. Minimal towels and only one wash cloth was allocated. When we book for two people they should give two of each towel at a minimum."
