"Whenever we have a very early morning flight and fly out from LGW North Terminal we always stay at the Sofitel. The convenience is unbeatable, access to the terminal takes 5 minutes via a door, it’s right next to the meet and greet car park. Staff are so helpful and the rooms very comfortable. Perfect!"

"I was surprised at just how quiet the room was considering where the hotel is. The room was clean very welcoming and a lovely space to spend time in. I had dinner in the restaurant which was very delicious and the staff were very helpful. The initial welcome was also excellent in terms of customer service."

"Hotel was everything you would expect and staff were friendly and helpful. Didn't eat there or use the Spa, so can't comment. One thing that reduces the score to 4 out of 5 is the somewhat disingenuous approach to parking facilities: offering Hotel parking in the basement of the multistorey car park overnight for £18, but if you park on any other level, it's £6.60... Discovered this because the Hotel section of the car park was full - it's not a massive amount of money, but to some it would make a difference."
