"I was in Manchester for a concert at Coop Live Arena. The hotel is in a good location very close to the trams. I didn't use any amenities at the hotel. It was just a place for me to sleep for the night. It was a warm day and I set the air-con temp to 18 and went to sleep. I woke up sweating with the temp at 24. Very disappointing! Other than the poor air-con the hotel was great."
