Positioned on a high floor, it offers stunning views through its full-length windows. The space includes a modern, fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for home cooking, along with a dining table, sofa, armchair and TV. High-speed broadband is available throughout, and the smart TV includes catch-up apps.
The cosy double bed is dressed with crisp hotel-quality linen, and fluffy towels are provided for your stay. The modern bathroom includes a shower-over-bath, toilet, sink, and complimentary toiletries.

MediaCityUK, the UK’s leading media and tech hub, is only a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute tram journey away.
The nearby canal and local parks provide great spots for an evening stroll and some fresh air. For everyday essentials, both a Tesco and a Co-op supermarket are just a two-minute walk from the apartment.
Getting Around:
Both central Manchester and central Salford are around a 30-minute walk away, or just a short drive or 15-minute tram ride. Manchester Piccadilly train station can be reached in about 15 minutes by taxi.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 2 people.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.

The closest car park is Euro Parks on The Quays, M50 3WL or guests can park in another complex which is 12 - 15 minute walk or a 6 minute drive. The address for this 1 parking space is labelled as W11, Westwood House, 22 Goodiers Drive, M5 3QS. No permit or fob is required for access and can only be used in conjunction with a stay in this apartment.
