This apartment is the perfect place, just above North Sands beach, to relax and unwind. The period house has been fully renovated. The mature gardens overlook the beach making this a unique south west facing base for your holiday.

Private allocated parking on site. Salcombe town centre is 10-15 minutes walk. The town is full of life with numerous cafes, restaurants and shops.

Open plan living space, includes dining area with panoramic views across the large shared gardens to North Sands and Salcombes dramatic Bar.

North Sands is a fantastic bathing, paddle boarding and boating beach. Great cafe located on the beach fur Alfresco evening dining. The lovely sand makes it a popular spot for families all year round.

The seperate kitchen is well equipped and nicely away from the main living area.


This apartment has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4.

In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed. This room picks up the early morning sun.

The second bedroom contains two single beds, gorgeous views over the south west facing garden and a seperate sink.


The bathroom comprises shower loo and sink.


Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. Though we ask that you bring beach towels.


House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are on-site parking facilities
- 1/2 well behaved dog are welcome.


We are in the first floor do there is a flight of stairs with excellent stair rails up to our door.
