"Breakfast wasn’t included in price at $192.00 a night because I booked thru Expedia. Also cleaning staff didn’t come back after early morning refusal until we notified the front desk. Beds are too firm."

"The property was beautiful. The layout of the house was great for areas of different activities or quiet areas. The house was clean, kitchen was huge, the bunk beds were all double mattress but 1 was a twin. The house is 2.5 miles from downtown Ellicotville. The property is in a dead cell phone area. No Verizon or AT&T service, so take a screen shot of the code to get in the lockbox. The wifi worked wonderful for 14 people. The owner was quick to respond.We would rent this again."
